EPIC Yard Greeting Rental Terms & Conditions

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

  • We will send an invoice only after your order has been confirmed. Payment is due at that time to hold the reservation.
  • We want you to love your yard greeting and will make every effort to customize it for each recipient.
  • All packages include delivery, installation and removal of the yard greeting.
  • Our yard greetings typically stay up for approximately 24  hours. Let us know if you would like to keep it longer.  Additional fees for additional hours/days will be discussed.
  • Delivery and installation times rlange from 9pm - 7am.
  • We will place a small, unobtrusive sign in your yard to share our company contact information.
  • We will photograph your sign and may use the photo on our website and social media pages.
  • We will not sell or share your personal information with any party.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Someone in the household must be notified that we will be on the property. They do not need to be present but please advise them to leave a light on outside so we can identify the address.
  • Make sure your yard is adequately watered prior to our delivery. Soft soil allows us to optimize your greeting. Do a yard test. Try to push a screwdriver into the ground. If you can't get it in the ground, we may not be able to get our stakes in your yard.
  • We need a lawn for yard greetings and cannot put our signs in mulch, flower beds, gravel, concrete, etc.
  • Please make sure there are no cars parked in front of the residence as this may impede delivery and installation.
  • All signs are the property of EPIC Yard Greetings. You are responsible for any missing or damaged items.
  • Do not move or remove any of the signs for any reason.
  • Make sure sprinklers are off while your greeting is up.
  • Avoid any lawn maintenance while your greeting is up. Lawnmowers and string trimmers will damage our signs.
  • Please do not allow any people or animals to play on or around the yard greeting. Our signs will not support the weight of people or pets.
  • Do not attach balloons or other items to the signs.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your yard greeting for any reason, please do so within 48 hours of your reservation in order to receive a full refund.


If we are unable to set up due to bad weather, we may attempt to reschedule or you will receive a full refund.


We reserve the right to decline a delivery that we feel may be unsafe for any reason. We will contact you if this happens and you will be entitled to a full refund.


Full refunds will not be offered if:

  • The client gives us the wrong delivery address
  • We are denied access to a gated community
  • Animals prohibit us from setting up
  • Your yard is not adequately prepared for set up
  • We need to pick the signs up early due to severe weather (We will attempt to notify you should this occur. Our goal is for you to enjoy your greeting as long as possible.

EPIC Yard Greetings and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injuries or damages to any person or personal property during set up, display or removal of any rental signage.


The customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EPIC Yard Greetings and its officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages or compensation including attorney fees and any related costs.


This agreement is in effect for the duration of the rental process as defined by the effective date of the rental order.
